Customs Audit & Facilities
Our Health Check maps process gaps against regulation, independently, well before a Customs auditor arrives. If an audit proceeds, our team supports file preparation, responses to findings and resolution — while making sure facilities such as KITE, corporate guarantee and bonded zones are used to full advantage.

Common questions
We have just received an audit notice. What now?
Contact us before you submit anything. The first step is to understand the scope of the audit and what the authority already holds, so that files and responses are consistent.
What is the difference between a Health Check and an audit?
A Health Check is your own self-assessment, done independently and early; an audit is conducted by the authority. Findings reported by you are often only voluntary corrections.

A half-day introductory session needs no data access: we explain the requirements that apply to you and listen to where you are. Only if it makes sense do we move to a diagnostic — and a proposal only after that.
