Privacy policy

PT Seamless Global Solutions (“SGS”, “we”) respects your privacy. This page explains what personal data we collect through this website, why, how long we keep it and what rights you have under Indonesian law, including Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection (UU PDP).

Who is responsible

What we collect and why

Enquiry and contact forms: your name, work email, phone, company, job title, your message and the service you are interested in — to reply to you and to follow up on your enquiry.

Training registrations: the same details plus the number of participants and the session you chose — to administer the class.

AEO readiness check: your answers and score are stored without personal details. If you then ask for the full report, we link them to the details you give us.

Articles: if you send an enquiry from an article page, we record which article it came from.

Marketing source: the first page you visited, the website you came from and any campaign tags in the link (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign…) are kept in a session cookie and attached to a form if you submit one, so we know which of our channels is working.

Our basis for processing

We process the details you submit on the basis of your consent, given by ticking the box on each form, and to take steps at your request before an engagement. You can withdraw consent at any time.

Cookies

We use a single session cookie, needed for the site’s forms to work securely and to remember the campaign source described above. We do not use advertising cookies. If we add analytics later it will be privacy-friendly and described here first.

Visit counts

Visit counts: we count visits to our pages without cookies. We store the page, the date and time, the language, the website you came from, the campaign tags in the link, the kind of device (desktop, phone or tablet) and a one-way code made from your IP address and browser details together with a secret that changes every day. We never store your IP address or browser details themselves, the code cannot be turned back into them, and because it changes daily we cannot follow you from one day to the next. We do not count visitors whose browser sends “Do Not Track” or “Global Privacy Control”. Counts are kept for up to 400 days.

Who sees your data

Our team, and the service providers that host the website and send our e-mail, under confidentiality obligations. We do not sell your data. We disclose it to authorities only where the law requires.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are kept for up to 24 months and then deleted or anonymised. Data connected to an engagement is kept as long as the engagement and legal retention rules require.

Your rights

You may ask us to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, to withdraw your consent, or to object to processing, by writing to info@sgsconsulting.co.id. We will respond within the time required by law.

Security

Forms are sent over an encrypted connection, access to the systems holding your data is restricted by role and logged, and we keep our software up to date.
