AEO & MITA Services

AEO and MITA are the two forms of trusted-trader recognition granted by Indonesian Customs. Both reduce inspection frequency and open a direct channel to the authority. Both also require an internal control system that survives validation — and our AEO advisory is led by someone who knows the programme from the inside.

Common questions

How long does AEO certification take?

The current national average is around eight months. Stages 1–7 follow regulation: filing 1–2 weeks, administrative review 2 working days, document validation 30 days, remediation follow-up 30 days, on-site validation 1–2 weeks, closing recommendations up to 6 months, and panel decision 10 working days. Your internal preparation (stage 0) varies most — and the biggest variable after it is how many recommendations you receive and how quickly you close them.

Do you guarantee we will be certified?

No. Recognition as an AEO or MITA is a decision of the Directorate General of Customs and Excise. We guarantee the quality of preparation, and we will tell you plainly if the data says you are not ready.

Start with a conversation, not a contract

A half-day introductory session needs no data access: we explain the requirements that apply to you and listen to where you are. Only if it makes sense do we move to a diagnostic — and a proposal only after that.
